Temperature scales differ in both step size and zero point. A multiplier alone cannot convert Celsius readings to Fahrenheit.

How to use it
Water freezes at 0 °C and 32 °F at standard atmospheric pressure. A reading of 37 °C converts to 98.6 °F. To convert back, subtract 32 and multiply by 5/9. Kelvin equals Celsius plus 273.15. These formulas apply to temperature readings; a temperature difference of 1 °C is 1.8 °F, with no added 32. Values below 0 kelvin are rejected.
